Process for utilizing Virtual VRI services:
1.Hearing provider or Deaf consumer must supply their own laptop/webcam.
2.Virtual VRI must get approval from hearing provider (doctor,employer,counselor etc) before the appointment or meeting to arrange for payment of the service.
3. Whomever has the laptop will download secure webconferencing software (e-mail for details).
4.Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866-440-9140 before the appointment to request an interpreter.
