Process for utilizing Virtual VRI services:
1.Deaf consumer or hearing provider must supply their own laptop/webcam.
2.Virtual VRI must get approval from hearing provider (doctor,employer,counselor etc) before the appointment or meeting to arrange for payment of the service.
3. Whomever has the laptop will download secure webconferencing software (call for details).
4.Email virtualvri@gmail.com or call 866-440-9140 ext. 101 before the appointment to request an interpreter.
